This agreement is signed by Guangzhou Osotto Recreation Hotel Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Osotto Company") for users using the membership card through mobile client APP, official website or WeChat ID. Before applying for activation and use of membership cards, users of Osotto Company APP, official website and WeChat shall carefully read, understand and accept the full contents of this agreement and shall be willing to comply with all the terms of the agreement.
I. The scope of this Agreement
This Agreement applies to a series of acts involving membership cards, including but not limited to activation, recharging, exchange, use, inquiries and so on.
II. Supplementary note to this Agreement
In addition to this agreement, other agreements issued by the Company, such as the User Agreement and the Ordering Guide serve as supplementary instructions to this agreement.
III. Changes to this agreement
Ossotto reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the contents of this agreement according to the actual situation. The use conditions of the services shall follow the contents of the changed agreement.
Except as otherwise provided by the Osotto, the revised agreement shall become valid immediately upon the announcement on the Company's website.
After Osotto amends the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Osotto. The continued use of the services provided by Osotto will be deemed as acceptance of the amended agreement.
IV. Activation of membership card
1. The user must agree and accept all the contents of this agreement when applying for activation of membership card.
2. Membership card activation involves the following two situations:
(1) Fill out the membership card activation application form in Osotto’s subordinate hotel, then Osotto approves the application and issues corresponding entity membership card;
(2) Apply for membership card activation in Osotto’s subordinate mobile client APP, official website and WeChat, then Osotto approves the application and issues corresponding electronic membership card.
V. Management of membership cards
1. After the user finishes application for membership card activation, Osotto will approve based on the actual situation and issue entity membership card or electronic membership card with corresponding unique membership card ID. Users should pay attention to properly keep their membership card ID. Osotto will not be liable for loss of the user membership card caused by membership card ID leakage due to the user's personal reasons.
2. According to Osotto’s provisions, the user needs to set a reasonable payment password based on personal circumstances to protect security of membership cards. Users should pay attention to properly protect their own membership cards’ payment password. Osotto will not be liable for loss of the user membership card caused by membership card payment password leakage due to the user's personal reasons.
3. When the user forgets the membership card ID or payment password or loses membership card, you should follow Osotto’s process to recover the membership card ID or payment password.
4. When the user's membership card ID and payment password are stolen or known to be used by a third party, you should immediately report the loss of the membership card. Osotto will not be liable for the resulting loss of the user.
VI. Membership card information changes
After the user successfully applies for membership card, Osotto’s relevant process should be followed when there is need to modify relevant personal information on the membership card.
VII. Membership card notice
Users agree to accept Osotto’s notification messages in the form of e-mail, mobile phone text messages, APP notification, etc. about membership card recharge, consumption, gifts, etc.
VIII. Use of membership cards
1. Membership card can be used in consumption of all Osotto’s subordinate businesses, including offline consumption in Osotto’s subordinate hotels, as well as online consumption on Osotto’s subordinate mobile client APP, official website and WeChat.
2. Osotto refuses use of membership card balance to exchange cash. Once capital is recharged to the membership card, the amount in the card can only be used for Osotto’s subordinate product consumption and Osotto refuses cash withdrawal, refund application in any form.
3. When using membership card, the user must provide the membership card payment password. In case of failure to provide payment password, Osotto is entitled to refuse the user’s consumption with the membership card.
4. Within two hours after account settlement with membership card, bill payment with cash or third-party payment platform will no longer enjoy membership discount.
5. Members cannot enjoy any discount during the statutory holidays, the Canton Fair or other non-discount periods specified by Osotto. On weekends that do not fall into the above period, members can enjoy corresponding discounts when making payments in cash.
IX. Membership card points
1. Upon activation of membership card, the user can enjoy point-related rights. Spend 1 yuan and you can accumulate 1 point.
2. In recharge, points will be accumulated according to the actual payment amount, and there will be no point in consumption with membership card.
3. When the user presents membership card and makes payment with cash or third-party payment platform, points will be accumulated according to the actual payment amount.
4. When the user purchases coupons, points will be accumulated according to the actual payment amount; there will be no point in consumption with coupon deduction.
5. The user membership card points can be exchanged for gifts with the membership card at any time in Osotto’s subordinate hotel or WeChat. After exchange for gifts, the corresponding card points will be deducted and membership card rating remains unchanged.
6. The redemption points will be cleared once every two years. If the points are not redeemed over three years, the points will be automatically cleared.
7. The membership card rating points are valid for 3 years, and those exceeding 3 years will be cleared.
X. Membership card rating
1. Membership cards are divided into green card, silver card, gold card, diamond card and supreme sapphire card, a total of five ratings.
2. Membership card upgrade conditions and benefits corresponding to the membership cards are shown as follows:
[Green card]: activation for free
◆Green Card members enjoy 4 hours free out of Sauna and 40% off for the guest room rate (Cash only and the benefit is not available on the Canton fairs).
[Silver card]: activated if 3 year’s cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 10,000 yuan
◆A customer who shows the Silver Card or his/her mobile phone number and enters the correct password for cash payment (i.e. other than using the membership card for payment) can enjoy a 5 percent discount for spa fee (except for national statutory holidays and the Canton Fair) and a 45 percent discount for accommodation fee (only applicable to cash payment, except for the Canton Fair). Moreover, such a customer can reserve the right to enjoy the spa service again after leaving the spa area temporarily for as long as 6 hours, and be exempted from filling in the check-in form if he/she has a check-in history.
[Gold card]: activated if 3 year’s cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 80,000 yuan
◆Presenting the Gold Card when you check out using cash payment or tell the mobile number and input your password at the same time, you will get 10% discount on spa (excluding legal holidays and Canton Fair) and 50% discount on room rate (Cash only and the benefit is not available on the Canton fairs).
◆Gold Card member and accompanying guests up to three people can enjoy unlimited out sauna in all the affiliated hotels’ sauna of the company (within 24 hours).
◆A Gold Card holder can enjoy the VIP reception channels at all of our hotels; when a hotel limits the number of customers, the Gold Card holder will be regarded as an authorized customer; with complete personal data and sufficient balance in his/her Gold Card, the Gold Card holder can sign to check in directly (no deposit required), and be exempted from filling in the check-in form if he/she has a check-in history.
◆Late check-out at 16:00, and enjoy complimentary service with receiving and sending local fax (5 pages limited/day).
◆To enjoy exclusive hand card and locker, and the charging service at real time.
◆To enjoy treating service which means that entrusting the hotel make an entertainment.
◆Identification Term: Gold Card members had upload ID information in the reception desk, and can consume without showing photo ID within 3 months.
◆A Gold Card holder who plans to enjoy the massage service in a vacant massage room can enter the room as early as after 3:00am and stay there till massage is done.
◆According to the requirement of members, Gold Card members can get one delicate fruit plate for free when consuming chess room, VIP room, multifunctional room and guest room.
◆Gold Card members enjoy complimentary consumption in 538 RMB (including 10% service charge). This promotion can only be redeemed on the Card Member’s birthday (0：00-24：00).
◆Gold Card members enjoy special preferential offers during the promotion period of the new items in the hotel.
[Diamond card]: activated if 3 year’s cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 138,000 yuan
◆Diamond Card members enjoy all privileges of Gold Card. Enjoy 12% off for Sauna (cash only and excluding legal holidays and Canton Fair) and 50% discount on room rate (Cash only and the benefit is not available on the Canton fairs).
◆When the amount of hotel guests reaches the control line, Diamond Card holders and additional 3 guests are still permitted in hotel.
◆Use the space chamber for free (once a day by the hand card); shoes treatment for free; ironing clothes in the room for free.
◆Free laundry of 3 clothes per day.
◆Exclusive bath robe, hand card and locker.
◆Offering 3 pieces of affiliated cards for free, besides using money in the card, the affiliated card can enjoy corresponding discount as Diamond Card (Only 10% off for SPA and 50% off for guestroom by cash), the affiliated card cannot enjoy special locker and other privileges.
◆Identification Term: Diamond Card members have upload ID information in the reception desk, and can consume without showing photo ID within 6 months.
◆A Diamond Card holder who plans to enjoy the massage service in a vacant massage room can enter the room as early as after 2:00am and stay there till massage is done.
◆Exclusive Guest Relation Officer will be assigned to the Diamond Card holders.
[Supreme sapphire card]: activated if 3 year’s cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 298,000 yuan
◆Enjoy all the preferential terms for diamond card;
◆Enjoy dedicated precious bath robe, dedicated slippers, customer card, wardrobe, shampoo, shower gel;
◆Designate the most eye-catching parking space in front of the hotel, and dedicated parking space will remain valid till 22:00;
◆Enjoy the hotel staff’s VIP cognition service (surnames and preferences);
◆Customert manager or excellent customer director for reception when consuming in the hotel.
[Lifetime supreme sapphire card]: activated if 1-year consumption or recharge reaches 800,000 yuan or 3-year consumption or recharge reaches 2 million yuan
◆Lifetime supreme sapphire card enjoys all rights and interests of supreme sapphire card.
XI. Grade maintenance
1. Silver card members should maintain 10,000 accumulative rating points in 3 years;
2. Gold card members should maintain 80,000 accumulative rating points in 3 years;
3. Diamond card members should maintain 138,000 accumulative rating points in 3 years;
4. Supremacy card members should maintain 298,000 accumulative rating points in 3 years;
5. Lifelong supreme sapphire card members are not subject to grade maintenance conditions.
XII. Additional rights and interests for grade-maintained members
1. Except for Canton Fair, large-scale regional exhibition periods and the days when and hotel rooms are not in intense need, diamond card members can enjoy one free upgrade (not upgrade to suite) when check in;
2. Except for Canton Fair, large-scale regional exhibition periods and the days when and hotel rooms are not in intense need, supreme sapphire card members can enjoy one free upgrade when check in. Upgrade to suite is allowed;
XIII. Membership card downgrading
The Gold/Diamond Card holders who do not have any consumption records for three consecutive months will be subject to temporary freeze of their cards and unavailability of their VIP lockers. Gold/Diamond Cards can be reactivated by new consumption during their corresponding valid periods. The use right of the VIP lockers will be recovered accordingly.
XIV. Membership card recharging
1. Membership card recharging can enjoy the following discounts:

2. All deposits and bonus points (customer level points and customer benefit points) in the membership card are available for use upon recharging. The bonus points of Gold/Diamond/ Supreme Sapphire Card holders will be credited upon recharging; that of Silver/Green Card holders will be credited within 15 calendar days from the second day after recharging.
Users should not transfer or borrow their account number, password to others. If the user finds that the account is illegally used by others, it should be immediately notified to Osotto. Osotto will not bear any legal responsibility when the account, the password are illegally used by others due to hacking behavior or the user's negligence in custody.
XVI. Force majeure
In the event of unforeseen, unavoidable, insurmountable circumstances, including but not limited to servers or terminal failures due to network attacks, computer viruses, network or server failures, third party software, etc., natural disasters, government policy adjustments, strikes, riots, fires, floods, etc., Osotto will not assume any responsibility if damage is caused to user membership card due to the circumstances.
XVII. Final interpretation
Osotto retains the final interpretation of this agreement.
