I.About instructions relating to this Agreement
1.This Agreement applies to various activities involving a membership card, including but not limited to its application for issuance, recharge, use and enquiry.
2.Guangzhou Baiyun District Nanmei Recreation Club Hotel (Limited Partnership),
Guangdong Nanmei Hotel Co., Ltd., Foshan Osotto Recreation Hotel Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Cheermore Hotel Management Co., Ltd have established a cooperative relationship. (Hereinafter, all the physical hotels of the above three companies are collectively referred to as “Cooperative Hotels”, and the four hotels are collectively referred to as the “Hotels”).
3.The Company has established an online agency relationship with Guangzhou Osotto Health & Technology Co., Ltd. Through its official APP (that is, “Osotto APP”), WeChat official account and official website (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Osotto Online Platform”), users can apply for and recharge the Company’s membership cards and handle other business. Please register and log on to obtain details.
II.About changes to this Agreement
1.If the content of this Agreement needs to be changed due to business operation or membership card use, the Company will make an announcement through the Osotto Online Platform. If members have not raised objections to the Company in writing within three months from the date of the announcement, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to be made by the Company.
III.About the application for issuance of membership cards
1.If a user refuses to accept the content of this Agreement, he/she cannot apply for the Company’s membership card.
2. Users can apply for the Company’s membership card in the following two forms:
(1) To fill out the application for issuance of membership card in one of the Company’s physical hotels, and sign this Agreement. and a corresponding physical membership card will be issued directly after review by the Company;
(2) For the application for issuance of membership card through the Osotto Online Platform, a corresponding electronic membership card will be issued after review by the Company.
3.Physical membership card and electronic membership card have equal rights and interests.
IV.About membership card management
1.After a user completes the application for issuance of a membership card, a unique membership card ID will be immediately generated. The user shall keep his/her membership card ID properly. If the membership card ID is disclosed due to personal reasons of the member, resulting in any losses to the member’s rights and interests, the member himself/herself shall bear the responsibility for the losses thereof (the Hotels will assume no responsibility).
2.Members are requested to set a payment password reasonably in accordance with the Company’s regulations on membership cards to ensure the security of the membership cards. Members shall keep their membership card payment passwords properly. If the membership card payment password is disclosed due to personal reasons of the member, resulting in any losses to the member’s rights and interests, the member himself/herself shall bear the responsibility for the losses thereof (the Hotels will assume no responsibility).
Where a member loses his/her membership card ID, payment password or physical membership card, or suspects that his/her own membership card ID, payment password or physical membership card has been stolen, please follow the instructions of the Company to immediately report the loss and retrieve it; otherwise, if any loss is caused to the member’s rights and interests, the member himself/herself shall bear the responsibility for the losses thereof (the Hotels will assume no responsibility).
4.Once the Company’s membership card is issued, no refund will be accepted.
V.About modification of membership card information
Upon successful application for and issuance of a membership card, if the user needs to modify the relevant information of the membership card, please follow the relevant instructions of the Company.
VI.About notice regarding membership card
Members agree that the Company may send relevant membership card information on recharge, consumption, gifts and activities by means of e-mail, SMS, etc.
VII.About the use of membership card
1.The membership cards can be used by users for making payment and enjoying all services in the Hotels, including offline consumption in the Hotels, and online consumption in the Hotels through the Osotto Online Platform.
2.The amount in the Company’s membership card can only be used for the consumption of products under the Hotels, and application for cash withdrawal or refund in any form will be not accepted.
3.When using the membership card, the user must provide the payment password of the membership card. If the user cannot provide the payment password, the Company has the right to refuse his/her consumption with the membership card.
4.Within two hours after making payment with the membership card, the user cannot enjoy membership discounts for consumption using cash or third-party payment platforms.
5.During the statutory holidays promulgated by the State, Canton Fair and other non-discounted periods specified by the Company, member discounts are not available with the membership card. For details, please follow the Osotto Online Platform or consult the Company’s staff.
6.For the membership cards issued by the Company, the Company shall be the card issuance entity. Except for the members’ consumption and recharge in other Cooperative Hotels, the rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be enjoyed and performed by the Company respectively.
VIII.About membership card points
1.When the user gets a membership card through application for issuance, he/she can enjoy the rights and benefits of points. When the user recharges, he/she can earn points according to the actual payment amount (1 point earned for each RMB 1 recharged); when the user makes payment through the membership card balance, no points will be earned, and if the user makes payment with cash or through other third-party payment platforms, points will be earned according to the actual payment amount (1 point earned for each RMB 1 paid).
2.When users purchase coupons, they will earn points according to the actual payment amount; when using coupons to offset the consumption amount, they will not earn points.
3.The total points of the membership card are redeemable points. Users can redeem points for designated gifts at any time in the Company’s physical stores or designated network platforms with the membership card. After the points are redeemed for gifts, the corresponding points in the membership card will be deducted. The redeemable points are valid for two years from the date of earning the points, and points that have not been redeemed for more than two years will be automatically cleared.
4.The maximum value of the membership card points is grade points. The grade points will not be reduced by the user’s use of redeemable points. The Company will classify the membership cards according to the grade points. Membership cards of different grades have different rights and interests. The grade points are valid for three years, and the grade points beyond three years will be automatically cleared, which will affect the membership card grade.
IX.About the membership card grades
1.The membership cards are divided into 5 grades: green card, silver card, gold card, diamond card, and supreme sapphire card.

[Green card]: Application for issuance for free
◆4-hour sauna retention time when the member goes outside, 40% discount for room rate (discounts only apply to cash settlement, except during the Canton Fair, the same below).
[Silver card]: The cumulative consumption or recharge within three years reaches RMB 10,000 (that is, the grade points reach 10,000 points)
◆when making payment in cash (that is, not making payment with the amount in the membership card, the same applies below), you can enjoy 5% discount for sauna consumption (except for national statutory holidays and the period of the Canton Fair) by presenting this card, or if you forget to bring the card, you need to provide your mobile phone number and enter the password, 45% discount for room rate (only applicable to cash settlement, except during the Canton Fair), 6-hour hotel retention when the member goes outside, and the registered members are exempt from registration for check-in.
[Gold card]: The cumulative consumption or recharge within three years reaches RMB 80,000 (that is, the grade points reach 80,000 points)
◆10% discount for sauna consumption (except for national statutory holidays and the period of the Canton Fair) by presenting this card when making payment in cash, or providing your mobile phone number and enter the password, and 50% discount for room rate (only applicable to cash settlement, except during the Canton Fair).
◆Gold card members and 3 other customers travelling together can enjoy room retention when going outside (within 24 hours).
◆Gold card members enjoy special reception channels of the Hotels; when the Hotels control the number of customers, the gold card members can directly enter the Hotels for consumption; when checking in, if the registered information in the computer has completed and there is enough amount in the card, the gold card members can sign directly for check-in (there is no need to pay deposit and make registration, and the registered members are exempt from registration, but the system needs to freeze the corresponding amount in the card).
◆Delay check-out until 16:00; free reception and sending of local fax (limited to 5 pages/day).
◆Special hand-key number and wardrobe, and real-time arrival into the account upon recharge.
◆Enjoy the service of entrusting the Hotels to pay bills for designated customers.
◆Exempt from ID certificate uploading: Gold card members, if having submitted ID certificate information at the front desk of the Hotels, can register for consumption without showing their ID certificates within 3 months.
◆According to the number of massage customers in the Hotels, gold card members can stay overnight at the massage rooms after 3:00 am when the massage rooms of the Hotels are vacant.
◆According to the needs of customers, gold card members can get a free plate of exquisite fruit when they use chess & ID rooms, VIP rooms, multi-function rooms and guest rooms in the Hotels.
◆Gold card members can enjoy free consumption once within RMB 538 (including 10% service charge) on their birthdays (0:00-24:00), and this right is only applicable to the gold card member himself/herself.
◆Enjoy exclusive preferential policies during the promotion period of new items of each cooperative hotel.
[Diamond card]: The cumulative consumption or recharge within three years reaches RMB 138,000
◆Enjoy all preferential terms for gold card members; 12% discount for sauna consumption (except for national statutory holidays and the period of the Canton Fair) by presenting this card when making payment in cash, 50% discount for room rate (only applicable to cash settlement, except during the Canton Fair).
◆When the Hotels control the number of customers, diamond card members and 3 other customers travelling together can directly enter the Hotels for consumption.
◆Free use of space capsule (once a day by showing the number bracelet); free leather shoes maintenance, free ironing of clothes during accommodation.
◆Free laundry of 3 pieces of clothing/day for sauna and guest room use.
◆Special bathrobe, hand-key and wardrobe.
◆Free application for three supplementary cards (limited to the original card issuing hotel). In addition to the use of the balance in the card, the supplementary card users can enjoy the corresponding discounts applicable to the diamond card (that is, 12% discount for sauna, and 50% discount for room rate in the Hotels, valid only for payment in cash), and accumulation of points for the primary card during consumption. For supplementary card users, there is no special wardrobe and other preferential treatment.
◆Exempt from ID certificate uploading: Diamond card members, if having submitted ID certificate information at the front desk of the Hotels, can register for consumption without showing their ID certificates within 6 months.
◆According to the number of massage customers in the Hotels, diamond card members can stay overnight at the massage room after 2:00 am when the massage rooms of the Hotels are vacant.
◆Follow-up service by special account executive.
[Supreme sapphire card]: The cumulative consumption or recharge in three years reaches RMB 298,000 (that is, the grade points reach 298,000 points)
◆Enjoy all preferential terms of the diamond card;
◆Special noble bathrobe, slippers, hand-key, wardrobe, shampoo and shower gel;
◆Enjoying the specified most eye-catching parking space in front of the hotel, which can be reserve until 22:00;
[Lifetime supreme sapphire card]:Consumption or recharge of RMB 800,000 within 1 year or RMB 2 million within 5 years
◆Lifetime supreme sapphire card members enjoy all rights and interests of supreme sapphire card.
1.Silver card members have accumulated 10,000 grade points within three years;
2.Gold card members have accumulated 80,000 grade points within three years;
3.Diamond card members have accumulated 138,000 grade points within three years;
4.Supreme card members have accumulated 298,000 grade points within three years;
5.Lifetime supreme sapphire card members enjoy lifetime grade retention.
XI.Additional rights and interests for grade retention members
1.Except during the Canton Fair and large-scale regional exhibitions and shortage of hotel rooms, diamond card members can enjoy a free upgrade to the room (which cannot be upgraded to a suite);
2.Except during the Canton Fair and large-scale regional exhibitions and shortage of hotel rooms, supreme sapphire card members can enjoy a free upgrade to the room, which can be upgrade to a suite.
XII.About the downgrade of membership cards
Gold cards and diamond cards without consumption records for three months will be temporarily frozen and the special wardrobes for these card members will not be provided. Gold cards and diamond cards can be activated by re-consumption within the validity period of the membership card grade, and special wardrobes will be provided again.
XIII.Recharge of membership cards
1.When recharging the membership card, the user will also be given virtual money for free. Virtual money can only be used during consumption in the Company and the Hotels. The details of the given amount of virtual money are as follows:

2.The recharged principal amount and gift points (grade points and redeemable points) of all membership cards can be used after recharge. For gold cards, diamond cards and supreme cards, virtual money given will be credited immediately upon recharge; for silver cards and green cards, virtual money given will be credited within 15 calendar days from the second day of recharge.
3.The virtual money given during the recharge of the membership card will be deposited in the membership card together with the recharged principal amount. When the user consumes the amount in the membership card, the Company will deduct the recharged principal amount and the virtual money according to the proportion, and notify the user of the balance of the principal amount and virtual money. Further, the user can enquire the balance of the principal amount and virtual money in the membership card at any time.
4.The virtual money given is a preferential measure of the Company, and can only be used for consumption during the normal operation of the Company. It neither can be exchanged for cash at any time and under any circumstances, nor constitutes the Company’s debt.
Users shall not transfer or lend their accounts and passwords to others. If a user finds that his/her account has been illegally used by others, he/she shall immediately notify the Company. If the account and password are illegally used by others due to hacking or the user’s negligence, the Company will not bear any legal responsibility thereof.
In the event of unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable situations, including but not limited to server or terminal crash caused by cyber attacks, computer viruses, network or server failures or problems of software provided by third parties, natural disaster, epidemic, government policy adjustments, strikes, riots, fires and floods, that cause any damages to the user’s membership card, the Company will not be held responsible for any of such damages.
